Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available at an additional charge and can be selected at checkout.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2,000. Orders below ₹2,000 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
