 Return Policy

  1. All our products are handmade with love, making each piece unique, as various traditional artisans craft them. 

  2. Each product undergoes strict quality control before shipping.

  3. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases: if the item is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect product. If your order is damaged or incorrect, you may return it exactly as it was received (unused and in its original packaging).

 

 Exchange Policy

  1. We strive to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary due to different screen resolutions.

  2. Please check product details, including dimensions and pictures, before making your purchase to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding.

  3. Exchanges for size issues apply only to bangles and bracelets. You can return the product, and we will arrange an exchange for the correct size of the same product.
     

  •  Exchange Procedure
  1. Email us support@florinejewels.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a picture of the product, and your concerns.

  2. Our quality control team will review your request to determine if the product is eligible for return.

  3. The concerned team will respond to your queries within 24 to 48 hours. We appreciate your patience. 

  4.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges that are not reported within 3 days of delivery. 

  5. Exchanged products may take longer than usual to ship.

  6. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  7. Products must be unused to qualify for an exchange.

  8. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. 

  9. Customized products once made are not eligible for exchange or return.
     

 Refund Policy 

  1. Refunds will be processed for packages lost in transit if shipped by us. 
     
  2. Refunds will also be issued if Florine Jewels is unable to provide you with a replacement. 
     

 Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders for non-customized items may be cancelled within the same day of purchase for a full refund. 

  2. Customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins. If a cancellation is requested after placing the order, a 30% restocking fee may apply. - Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
